Terms & Conditions

All payments should be in US Dollar and all check printed in the name of LATINOSMADE. ZELLE: ORDERS@LATINOSMADE.COM OR 8325099089 IF ONLINE PAYMENT IS MADE, THEN 2.8% EXTRA WILL BE ADDED TO FINAL PAYMENT. Customer is responsible for making sure there is a power line for the sign. We will show the customer that the sign works with our power supply during installation if power line not provided. The customer will need to contact their own Master electrician or the property assigned electrician to run a power line if one is not already existing.

 

PRODUCTION WILL NOT BEGIN UNTIL RECEIPT OF DOWN PAYMENT, SIGNED CONTRACT,AND WRITTEN APPROVAL OF ARTWORK PROPOSAL SPECIFIC CONDITIONS:

 

ELECTRICAL CONNECTIVITY: It is agreed that buyer is to furnish all primary electrical service required. All electrical signage requires a minimum of (1)dedicated circuit and must be run on a time clock or Breaker in order to maintain the warranty provided. "Post-Electric Warranty" Trip required or related to any electrical issues will be at the buyers expense. we assume electrical work has been inspected and is in good working condition. LATINOSMADE is only responsible for connecting sign to existing power line. LatinosMade is not responsible for any electrical work needed other than stated. (___)

 

SELLER'S RIGHT OF POSSESSION: Buyer recognizes and consents that all merchandise agreed to herein and above can be repossessed until full and final payment is received by LM.

 

MADE IN ADVANCE: If balance is not paid as agreed upon, LM reserves the right to file judgments for the total amount due including any additional expenses incurred in the process.

 

Deadlines are met when the customer has provide all the required information within the required time frame. Customer must notify LATINOSMADE of any governing entitles in which signage approval is required prior to commencing work, as well customer is responsible for obtaining these approvals, Property Management Companies, Landlord, HOA or any other Associations. Any delays or misinformation that results in extra trips, extra artwork or overtime are subject to additional charges.

 

Vector artwork is required at time of drawing approval. A creation of artwork or recreation of artwork (if required) is not included in the contract and is bill-able at an additional cost. permits ares billed at cost with a standard $350 permit processing fee (if the project requires permit) + CITY FEES!

 

Most projects do not require stamped structural engineer;s drawing however if engineering is required the fees are disclosed during the project. and are billed on a "per job" basis and are :as Required" by client or governing municipality.

 

Any hidden or unforeseen circumstances such as underground obstructions or hidden deficiencies in the existing structure that require additional time or equipment for removal are subject to change order.

 

Any jobs requiring a RUSHED ORDER are subject to an additional overtime charge to meet those deadlines.

Deposit is non-refundable(in the case a contract is canceled by the buyer, the deposit will be credited less expenses incurred)

 

IF CUSTOMER DECIDES NOT TO GET PERMIT. LATINOSMADE WILL ONLY MANUFACTURE THE SIGN AND WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INSTALLATION AND IF INSTALLED WITHOUT PERMIT AFTER SIGN IS PROVIDED TO CUSTOMER. LM IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INSTALLATION OR ANY CONSEQUENCES FOR ILLEGAL INSTALLATION WARRANTY:

 

Non electrical workmanship is guaranteed for 5 years from date of job completion and electrical is guaranteed for 1 year. If LATINOSMADE dose not receive payment net 30 days from the date of installation LATINOSMADE has authority to void the Warranty.

 

Terms and Conditions: Payment will be collected immediately upon entering the order (prior to shipment). A copy of your invoice marked paid will be mailed to "Bill to" address upon invoicing (after shipment). Any and all disputed amounts will be researched and LATINOSMADE will respond to Customer within a reasonable time following notification and any adjustment or refund due Customer will be paid via check within 10 days following resolution. If designated card is declined, Customer is responsible for issuing certified check for the full amount plus any applicable fees prior to order being entered.

 

Will you be reselling these items, or are you otherwise exempt from paying sales/use tax on Tangible Personal Property ? c YES c NO If YES please include a copy of the valid exemption certificate.

 

IF NO VALID EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE IS SUPPLIED, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SALES TAX.
